Service

ISI has certified technicians that repair all products sold. You can rest easy knowing that the products you sell will have the solid service and engineering department of ISI standing behind them. ISI's nationwide service network allows you to sell across the U.S. and be confident that your products will be supported wherever they may be.

One of the major responsibilities of the service department is the phone support for our resellers. By resolving a majority of technical problems over the phone, ISI service department reduces the amount of down time for the end user as well as potential costs to the reseller for technician travel and onsite time. Less money spent equals more money earned.

If problems cannot be resolved over the phone, the depot repair or the advanced exchange plans pay off with attractive advantages. With the Depot Repair plan, the machine will be sent to ISI for repair. In most cases, the unit will be repaired and shipped back to the end user or reseller within one business day of receiving the unit. The Advanced Exchange plan would have an ISI technician speak with the end user. If the hardware problem could not be resolved over the phone, an exchange unit from the end user's pool would be sent to the end user next business day.

Engineering

Although the ISI engineering department supports multiple product lines, the Kyocera product line is our specialty. Prescribe is the built-in printing language of the Kyocera product line. The engineering department uses the prescribe language to modify the way a Kyocera product operates to solve a particular customer need.

Engineering handles anything from form design and implementation to data manipulation. The idea of form creation and data merging to the created forms can be daunting for our resellers.
